Finishing well means using systems thinking and typically requires standing up or making more robust existing operations (i.e. learning and development, communications, developing new leadership teams, etc.). Organizations must fully realize their business results that began the program (and alarmingly, many don’t). I have found that many of the above activities are required to support adoption and business case realization.
