Boosting High-Quality Training Programs

A Learning Center in Higher Education partnered with Learnexus to find a team of freelancers who could provide high-quality industry-specific training programs and materials. The team of freelancers worked together to create a comprehensive training program that effectively met the Learning Center's needs, while keeping budget constraints in mind. They implemented an evaluation process that allowed the Learning Center to consistently measure the effectiveness of the program, while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

By the end of the project, the Learning Center had seen significant improvements:

• 87% of employees reported feeling more confident in their ability to execute their roles
• The Learning Center's training program was rated among the top 10% in the industry
• The program was completed within budget, allowing the Learning Center to allocate funds to other projects
