Heather is a seasoned learning and development consultant specializing in instructional design, e-learning and facilitation.  Heather has facilitated groups from 5 to 500 on topics ranging from customer service to leadership and communication to team building.  She has developed custom programs for private, public and higher education clients. She now uses her extensive training knowledge in the e-learning arena by designing and producing e-learning modules for her clients. Heather’s clients include: Brown University, Conservation International, and U.S. State Department among others.

Heather also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Foreign Service Institute, the training school for the U.S. Department of State where she teaches courses in leadership and supervision both in the U.S. and internationally at U.S. Embassies and Consulates.

Heather is a master practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®. She holds a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College and a MS in Psychology from Brown University.
