My greatest professional accomplishment has been the conversion of 20+ years of experience into three revolutionary learning frameworks: 1)REVERSO: a methodology to rapidly convert/reconstruct ILT to VILT 2)KST (Knowledge and Skills Transferal): a unique learning solution consisting of three modules (Extractus, Repositus, and Transplanto)which allow the effective transfer of knowledge form one person to another, or from one group to another. Great for: - Onboarding programs (New Hires and Executives) - Offboarding programs (To retain critical knowledge from parting employees) - Advancing proficiency programs (for upgrading the knowledge, skills, and performance levels of existing employees) 3) MAYORGA LEARNING TAXONOMY: Which is my own revision of Bloom based on hindsight, insight, and foresight measures acquired through years of experience. These three methodologies have provided me with a sense of accomplishment and the highest satisfaction that any learning leader could wish for which is to see the smiles of your students as they learn the materials, accomplish their goals, and thrive.
